New Association Services

Within the first few months of becoming a client, the community will undergo a detailed evaluation that will cover: all vendor information including their contract terms, insurance information, bids, work orders, delinquencies, collection, alteration / modification, board meeting schedule, CPA’s financial report including balance sheet, checking & reserve account activity, upcoming fiscal year’s budget, current budget ,event calendar & board members terms and positions held.

 

Management Reports

  • Management Reports include agendas and past meeting minutes which are provided 2-3 days prior to each meeting, thus giving the board of director’s sufficient time to prepare.

FRIENDLY REMINDER

Please note that checks for your monthly Association dues MUST be written to the Association and not the management company.  Please remember to make these changes if you have this set up as auto-pay through your bank.  All payments should be mailed to your Association name followed by PO Box 218, Trenton, MI 48183.
